گیرندهٔ A2 فسفولیپاز ترشحی (انگلیسی: PLA2R1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «PLA2R1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.

اهمیت بالینی

گیرندهٔ فسفولیپاز ای۲ نوع M، آنتی‌ژن اصلی در «گلومرولونفریت ممبرانوس ایدیوپاتیک» (MGN) است و در بیش از ۷۰٪ از مبتلایان مشاهده شده‌است.
